I want to open an LTD in the UK anonymously with processor payement

Hello, I am looking for some information.
I want to open an LTD in the UK anonymously simply because I don't want people I know to be able to know which sites belong to me (I do dropshipping and I care about the competition) I currently have an American business with EIN but without SSN because I am not a USA resident.

Why do I want to open a business specifically in the UK?

because I could have access to a lot of payment processor compared to an LLC with an admin that doesn't have an SSN.

How could I do? dark documents will pass for a payment processor? If I'm payout to a UK account but that doesn't have the same benefit name as the payment processor information is that a problem?

If I pay someone outside Europe to open a business in their name and a pro bank account for me, it would pass for payment processors and EMIs

Which UK payment processor would you recommend other than paypal and stripe?
