Can someone recommend a cheap offshore jurisdiction? I'm happy to pay (but not to much)

1. Any jurisdiction worldwide OTHER THAN US/EU. No negotiable.
2. Remote register. No negotiable.
3. Tax free. Negotiable.
4. No director and or office required. No negotiable.
5. Maximum price to pay for full registration process $1,000.00. No negotiable.

I don't need a bank account. I will be paid via crypto only. Any suggestion?

Seychelles and Belize are indeed two of the cheapest jurisdictions. Sometimes you can find SVG, Anguilla, Dominica, Samoa, and BVI for under 1,000.

Payment via crypto limits your options, though, since most service providers don't accept it.

Ok. Thanks for the info. I know crypto is very limiting, but I will have just one client who explicitly requested that so not a problem for me. Could you please now recommend any offshore registration service doing that job?

I can recommend Fidelity Corporate Services. I have a Seychelles IBC since the last 15+ years and dealing with that agent the whole time. Never been an issue.

You can disregard that. I read your post too quickly, and thought you wanted to pay the service provider in crypto for incorporation.

These aren't necessarily recommendations; I can't vouch for every single one, but they should be licensed/registered/equivalent. As per my latest notes they can incorporate the following for under 1,000 USD/equivalent.
