EMI bank for a Hong Kong company, that need 12 debit cards

I am looking for an EMI that can opens an account for a HK company, and can offer 10-12 debit cards. Can anyone advice me?

thanks a lot for your help. The client requires reload phisical debit card, for paying small amounts, like restaurants, fuel for cars, etc... The business is Travel Agency

Any other suggesition ?

Stick all the virtual cards into an app like Curve then use it pay using apple pay or Google Wallet in restaurants etc that offer contact less payments.

In this case, Curve should be like a Wallet of cards, right ? But if I understood right, they can not offer more than 1 card... My client should need about 10 cards, pending of the same account, to pay the service that each driver make...

You can go for any EMI (that onboards you) like Currenxie or Statrys and then take cards from Soldo or perhaps Wallester...
