FZCO and online trading

Hey guys,

Can a Dubai FZCO carries out an online trading activity (Interactive broker type) investing its own capital ?

How serious is the choice of "activity" when registering the company ? As it does not seem to offer managing its own capital.

Ok, thanks for your reply. And what activity do you choose from the list that fits this ? I could not find any fitting.

As I wonder what happens in case of audit. When closing the company, seems needed to have an audit. Or in case the bank asks questions about where the money comes from and see no other transaction about said declared activity.
