trade license termination in dubai

my dubai mainland company license is about to expire in august 2023, the service provider quoted 26K AED to renew so i plan to terminate.

is there any one who knows how much it will cost to terminate a mainland trade license in Dubai ?

the service provider also quoted the termination cost at 30k AED.

We can't help with Mainland Companies however no matter what - 30k AED for closing is for sure a RIP OFF unless you owe them money for other stuff.

cancel the visa and go to ded to freeze the license
then flog it off to someone or cancel it in 3 years , although i tihnk it drops off after 5 anyway

through this process i won't pay anything ? what if i am out of the UAE ?

i don't owe anything, they asked for 30K AED only to cancel my residence, close the company and cancel the TL.

mainland not free zone.

no you cant do remotely, go to ded cafe in uae

easiest place for most things mainland. forget about the main offices unless you need security clearances.
