Is nominee director in Dubai a thing? How to?

Hello - I tried to find a service where they could help us move the company from Cyprus to Dubai, but with a local nominee director appointed.

I found such service in Bulgaria and Malta, but not Dubai. Maybe I didn't search enough, or there's a catch I'm missing?

Any recommended services to help with that?
