Cyprus 60-days tax residency: alternatives to rent 1 year?

Are there legit alternatives to rent 1 year an apartment just to achieve the prerequisite for the 60day rule?
As a service which provides you a rental agreement, bill utilities, without having really to live there?
Maybe an house shared by multiple people etc.

There are cheap apartments around 200 Eur per month issuing also utility bill. There is nothing wrong with doing a 1 year contract with them.
