Would a person tax domiciled in Cyprus be able to receive income from a UK LLP tax free in Cyprus and would these be taxed in CY?

Nope because UK LLP doesn't distribute dividends so all income will be taxed in CY at the personal level if the LLP member is a person or at the company member if LLP member is a company.

Thanks Marzio, would you know if foreign source income, (commissions) would attract tax as a freelancer in CY?

Looking (obviously) for the best setup.

There are some tax exemptions that you could access if you are not already a CY resident that maybe @CyprusLawyer101 could help you with.

There isn't any exemption for foreign source income and BTW be aware that if you do freelacing work from CY, even if the income comes from outside CY, it's really local source income because you worked from CY to produce that income.
