Jurisdiction for UAE free zone company

what jurisdition applies for a free zone company established in the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA) in Dubai?
if you can somehow "elect" it by yourself, how do you do that?
does anyone have experience in drafting sharheolders agreement for FZCO?

Standard MoA they give out for free is based on the DIFC Court as legal framework and the Dubai, UAE as Jurisdiction.

Have only seen Bank rejecting selfmade MoA's - even worked out with a lawyer.
