No CFC rules doesn't mean that you can operate an offshore company from CH.

Back to the original topic, do I understand this right?
- While residing outside of switzerland fund a company outside of switzerland with debt
- Cash out the funds as dividends
- move to switzerland
- get paid from the company as loan repayment (= not considered income by switzerland)
