I am Portuguese and will open a car dealership in portugal. It needs a Vat number.
I have been looking at Romania micro company and Estonia but it seems it might not work as I will have PE in Portugal and the whole business will be operated in Portugal.
I think that theoretically a estonia/romania company with vat number could buy cars in portugal or anywhere in EU and sell to customers in portugal or anywhere in EU, and pay company taxes in estonia/romania ?
The personal tax could be paid in estonia/romania as if i lived there, or sent to portugal, but portuguese authorities will never know unless i declare to them what i receive from my estonia/romania company.
the business does not need any licensing or phisical shop, i will advertise the cars online and sell them from my home.
