Opening an LLC in the USA for a trading signal company. Good or bad idea ?

Hello, I am creating my website to provide trading signals for the forex and crypto market. I want my company to be anonymous on the internet,
unlike UK LTDs that disclose a lot of information publicly.
I need to be able to accept payments using general payment processors.
Is this type of business safe in the USA in deleware or wyoming ?

You need to be regulated, because you would be providing investment advice.
More specifically, you should be registered as a CTA.

You might choose a country where fx and crypto are unregulated.
But my suggestion is to choose the regulated route, it would give you an edge over competition. Registering as a CTA should cost you around $2k in total, including study material, exam fees and registration fees.
