Hey guys!

I´m new here and I am so excited that I found this paradise. I am obsessed with banking and finances and I recently started a PE Fund. Right now looking for an offshore option for many investors to feed a Real Estate operation in the US through an offshore investment vehicle. I am looking for something not too regulated or non-regulated to start raising capital asap. I got a bunch of investors from South America who are looking to allocate capital outside there . So I came up with the idea of establish maybe a BVI or another Island fund.

Any Ideas or any service provider in here that can help?

Thanks in advance

Try Ifina. Fees are very low. They use Barclays and Silvergate Bank (well did RIP lol). The offer open ended Cayman Island funds for professional investors only i.e minimum $100k investments. Max fund size is $100m and you need to have a professional regulated fund manager. Otherwise they can provide several companies that will offer this service to the fund.

I do not know whether the US connections will affect them being able to help you. As like anything else in this world lots of operations in Western World outside North America are afraid of servicing US Persons.

All in all its very cheap and effective but shop around for other providers.

they used have a U.S. branch and can setup a U.S. fund for you. Not complicated at all as long as you don't do anything SEC-sanctioned (basically all what requires a broker dealer registration).

Sam Bratchie and his partner Derek Adler are good people.

If you can keep investors to a minimum number and have an appropriate on boarding process, you may very well avoid regulation. There is nothing that prohibits 5 or 10 friends puting capital together to invest in real estate projects.
