Looks like most of Raiffaisen Bank's profit was from Russia last year and still doing shady things there.
How likely is that the US will sanction a bank in Austria?
How safe it is to keep money there or hold their stock?

I don't believe they get sanctioned, would surprise me. They are a major bank in Germany and corrects as soon as the US authorities make inquiries.

See Saxo bank, they were funded on Russian money, they said sorry and no one is looking their way any longer.

If Raiffaisen Bank in Austria were to be sanctioned, the Austrian Depositor Compensation Scheme would compensate you up to €100,000.
The same happened with Sberbank in Austria last year:

Raiffeisen is a major bank in almost all eastern European countries and Austria. If they were to be materially impacted by some USA world police fetish it would hurt so many people that I would expect the EU to push back hard, otherwise there is no doubt EU works for USA and entirely against the interest of their own citizens.

Given the recent collapse of American banks, it is unlikely that Raiffeisen Bank will receive much attention in the near future.

He is probably mistaking the German Volks- & Raiffeisenbanken with the separate Austria based Raiffeisenbank.

I wanted to take one thing even though I'm not Russian. It does not imply that Raiffaisen Bank is a terrible bank just because it operates in Russia. The US fought wars in Vietnam, Iran, Afghanistan, and Japan, but none of these nations ever sanctioned the US. Issues during Russia's conflict.
