UAE freezone Company Tax ID for Stripe account openning

Stripe requires Tax ID for account openning.
How can UAE freezone company apply for one?
I tried to do some research and it looks that it is issued just once company makes a VAT registtation.
Is there any way how to obtain is before reaching a limit for VAT registration?

Is that new? I have a stripe running with a FZCO. No tax id was needed. However I have the account for some time.

They require it now for every UAE company (does not matter if mainland or FZ)

Have not been asked for it. They asked for some reneval docs a few weeks ago, but not for this tax id.

They ask it for new account openning.
