Company registration and EMI

Hello,
I need to register a company online fast and easy and then open a bank account online or EMI with Bulgarian IBAN. I know for émis Paysera and Transferwise are providing Bulgarian ibans, but first I need the company registered which will work with paysera for example. Where do I start looking? Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania? I am from EU. Thanks

There are many options including the UK, an excellent jurisdiction.
