Best set up for onlyfans business earning $100k monthly? Dubai?

Me and my partner are looking at moving from our home in the UK to Dubai. We were wondering what the steps would be to do this. We both have UK passports and would be looking to relocate for tax reasons. We currently make around $100k per month, we're unsure how would be best to go ahead with this tax wise.

Any advice would be appreciated!
 
I just want say: Congratulations for that income from onlyfans. I didn't know how much one can earn on that site.
 
Wouldn't recommend going to a place where your comfortable apartment is exchanged for a prison cell if someone finds out what you're doing. Stay in (most of) Europe or the Americas if you want to live in a place where what you do isn't a crime.

Law enforcement is sporadic in UAE, which makes a lot of westerns think they are a protected, untouchable, exempted group of people. But if you're caught, UAE won't think twice about throwing you in jail or, if you're lucky, simply deport you.

However, if you're comfortable with that risk, the process is quite simple for setting up company, getting a visa, and moving there.

Yep, wouldn't touch Dubai with a 10 foot pole if you're in anything remotely adult - even if you happen to have a 10 foot pole capable of earning 100k/mo.

When doing Onlyfans you can't just move abroad to pay less tax, you need to check is legal wherever you want to move and that banks will allow you to open a bank account to receive money from OF. This is not crime in Andorra but as soon as they know your money comes from adult content they won't give you residency and no bank will accept you anyways. Also Onlyfans won't let you change your address in the page if you don't have an ID or lots of paperwork and banking statements to prove you really move. Maybe Eastern Europe, Portugal, a few countries in South America or somewhere in the Caribbean could be an option.

Good to know! I've seen many onlyfans models move to Dubai so I assumed it was less risky than that, but that's definitely put things into perspective. Are there any specific places in Europe or the americas that you would recommend?

You will be playing with fire if you move to the UAE. If the authorities know that you make adult content in their country you're screwed.

Romania and Bulgaria have a 10% flat tax rate on personal income. The lowest in the EU.

You're right about that, but it is still technically illegal and UAE has proven track record of prosecuting foreigners who violate morality laws.

If the focus is on taxes, I'd say you're looking at Malta, Cyprus, and Ireland. Montenegro might also work.

Romania has liberal laws on this type of activity and a growing scene. It's being tainted by the Andrew Tate case, though, so keep an eye on that situation.

P**N is illegal in Bulgaria. Not sure to what extent it's enforced, though.

Maybe you should check Italy I think there is a program you can pay 100 k a year of tax and you will have no issues with banking there.
 
For Moving to Dubai.....the Key is staying "low key"......Do not pick up fight with anybody......Whatever happened behind the closed door nobody care.....as long as you do not break any law....Many couple first move to thailand than They tired of Thailand and move to Dubai...You may find many example online...so many OnlyFans couple moving to Dubai these days...with this income You can live King life in Dubai...welcome Dubai...Just stay low profile...Good Luck for your future adventure

Is this really a thing? I am in touch with many creators and I don't know anyone that is really living there. Have a big Onlyfans and stay low profile is not really compatible. What about banking? The banks might know where the money is coming from, are they ok with that?
I also wonder is OF allows payouts there and the methods you have, they don't support all countries.

Don't go to Dubai. That would be a mistake. You are doing adult content, you can get in jail for that.

Go to Italy. Register as freelance and 90% of your income will be tax exempt if you live in the South, 70% in the North.
So you'd be paying around 4% effective tax rate (South) or 12% (North).

You still have to pay social security which is over ~25% of the income. So effective rate would be 4% + 25% = 29%.
