Costa Rica?

I was just proposed Costa Rica by Slogold for Crypto trading offshore company.

Sounds really interesting and should have better reputation than Panama (not on EU's blacklist).

But after probably a year of research with so many agents it's the first time ever anyone mentioned it to me.

Is there a reason for this? Anyone has experience with offshores there?

Depends on what you need the company for.

The process of incorporating in Costa Rica is comparable to Panama, but with either better reputation or no reputation at all. As long as you hire someone to handle all the local paperwork and who can provide the necessary nominees, it's simple enough.

Banking is difficult. Similar challenges as if you incorporate in for example Seychelles.
