Hi,
My Dubai company got invited by the FTA to for early corporate tax registration with the new EmaraTax platform. however, this specific company is not doing any work within the mainland nor any GCC country. but I have other companies which do work in the mainland and Bahrain. So, I'm confused why they invited this company and not the others. I'm in contact with my tax advisors but I'm waiting for a response. maybe because I'm the UBO for all of these companies? I don't know.

yes due to your exposure to the FTA with a Mainland Company you got it by default basically.

Can be as simple as you use for everyone the same e-mail address and they just used this one to communicate with you.

Yeah I think that's it. My tax advisor asked me to register anyway but I'm reluctant. I will see how it goes.

As far as I know once you cross 375k AED/year (~$100k/year) your company has to register for VAT even if you do not work with local companies (do not charge VAT).
