hi whats the best way to setup a online web development and crypto trading and consultation advice with privacy and id protection to also store my income please

You setup your company in Switzerland or in Malta and apply for a license if that is required. There is no anonymity when it comes to such operation. You will be accused for money laundering and financing of terror etc. if you play games in this industry.
