Currently have a UAE company.
You could setup a simple UK LTD with a provider that is able to provide you with a utility bill for the company if required.
Most often a simple UK LTD let you open a merchant account for payment processing with most EU providers. It all depends on your nationality, what business you are into and how you get setup.
