A basic LTD anywhere in the world is composed by 1 director, 1 shareholder 1 UBO am I right?

Anonymous incorporation is no longer doable anywhere in the world even if nominee is used as shareholder and director since registers is public information (UBO as well)?

You cannot expect a lot of interest here as you have asked at the wrong place. Ask admin to move your question here Offshore Company. @James Spader?

If you think it makes sense, you can like it; if opposite, please, tell me, why I am wrong...

Many jurisdictions require more than one director and/or shareholder.

It's still possible to form companies without any public information. But information about the UBO is disclosed to for example banks when the company applies to open bank accounts, or to private UBO registers.
