So let me briefly explain my situation. Im in crypto since 2017. Started with 300$ then raised to as high as 6figures from it to later see it evaporate after cycle topped.
I never left the space as I always liked the idea behind Bitcoin and decentralized applications. Turned to succesfull trader over time and sold the top in early december 2021. Gained more capital during recent bear market. But with current events seriously considering to have back-up plan if it goes to s**t.
Didn't do anything illegal and gained my networth from hard work and dedication. History is available on chain and on CEXes, but its eh "complicated" as it involved thousands of transactions and trades over 5 years of time.
Im now looking for setting up companies, entities and off/on ramps for me to have rapid system I can utilize where I can deploy cash back and forth to the assets. I want to continue trading but want do diversify networth over different markets and assets. Most of my NW is still in crypto.
Looking for advise. Im ok to pay for consultations from good lawyers who practice such situations and cases.
