where to buy herbicide / weed killer product online

Does anyone know a website where I could order decent herbicide to get rid of unwanted weeds for my garden?
Since a few years Weed killers based on Glyphosate are not for sale anymore in Most parts of Europe. You basically need a license to own these products and you can't buy anything decent anymore in local stores.
There must be still 1 online shop in Eastern Europe, Russia or Asia where I could buy these?

Buy compost accelarator Ammonium sulphamate - its a very good weedkiller and used to be sold as such. Way better than glyphosate and afterwards it actually fertilizes the soil. It's legal to buy as compost accelarator. You can buy it in 5kg bags from a place in Ireland by mail order. If you mix it with water but then spill it by mistake on way to your compost heap I believe it'll kill anything, even knotweed...
