Berkeley Bank - thoughts?

decent enough site in terms of aesthetics, but doesn't give much info about the bank at all..
They don't give accurate corporate names of their UK entities and closest ones to the ones stated are seemingly led by Indians and Venezuleans.
This bank may also have links with Sterling Financial Services UBO, as he previously used rocket candy for example for Fincofex, a UK EMI which is tied to his long-term nominee (director of Europay CZ), and he boasted to some of his partners that he's going to build a bank in St. Lucia some years ago.
I would personally stay away from yet another coco shell bank with possible links to Sterling.
