Which is best international Real estate market for Direct investment (Hassle free) ?

I want to find out which is the best International Real estate Market to invest in for Foreigner.
I am not interested in RETIS ,,but Direct investment..
Just Buy property and Give it to the Property management company.
Whole hassle free Operation...Receive every month rent ....
Less headache....simple and smooth market for Direct ownership investment..

nope, sorry - look at Yucatan, thousands of opportunities and related services
nothing is hassle-free but I personally prefer more freedom and third world country with all it means better than shiny prison

I don't think this will happen - I know too many Germans and they will not let it touched... at least I hope so... :|

It's still a sellers' market in most parts of the world. Anyway your plan is not very profitable, try instead to partner with a builder/developer.
