Hi, I'm looking to set up an off-shore account with anonymous pre-paid cards as a vehicle for using / spending the profits. Cards to be used in EU / UK. Alternative is to be able to withdraw large amounts of cash without tax liability. Any thoughts on best country for set up? if Dubai do you need residency? Currently I am dual EU / UK citizen.
