Living trust for domain portfolio?

This guy seems to own a whole lot of domains through a living trust: Sweettemptation.com [Whois Lookup & Whois History]

(just one example)

Could someone please explain the purpose behind this? What is he achieving by doing that?

He has a top level domain portfolio held in trust. I guess the hope is that as scarcity of top level domains increase in future the value of his portfolio will increase in value.

Very good estate planning to hold these assets in a living trust.

P.S He actually has some very good domain names.
