As the title suggests, I am looking for a good lawyer to deal with making a mediation attempt to obtain funds from several corporate Stripe and Paypal accounts of two Cyprus and UAE based companies.
We have a dozen or so Stripe accounts (in the name of the Cyprus company) which are supposed to be liquidable but for some reason they are not.
Support doesn't respond to emails and when they did they provided irrelevant responses (e.g. that after further review they won't be able to reactivate our account, lol).
At the same time we have about 30 Paypal accounts which, after they have been closed and after having waited the 180 days, still cannot be liquidated.
In particular, Paypal acts in a subtle way and makes it literally impossible to contact them (various technical problems, security problems that do not allow you to get assistance, some accounts that do not exist, etc).
Therefore we need an attorney who tries to connect with the legal departments of Paypal and Stripe to get an official response regarding the status of the funds and the willingness to pay or not.
We carry out a legal business but unfortunately our CB rate is very high, therefore Paypal and Stripe often close our accounts.
