Obtain residence permit in an EU country to no longer be a subject to EU sanctions (very difficult at the moment) or move to a Russia-friendly or non-aligned nation and set up banking there (Turkey, Kazakhstan, UAE).
I'm not sure which is better for OnlyFans, although countries like Turkey, Kazakhstan, and UAE aren't exactly known for their liberal views.

Is your problem to set up an account with a Russian passport? Or the financial transactions?
ID is the problem. I can make transactions work with Paxum. Need to find a country where real ID can be obtained for <$10k.
Check the Philippines.
Moreover, no problems with OF in PH: You can just use a normal local bank account for incoming transactions - nobody cares.

If you just want an ID without living in PH than you better forget about it. PH only makes sense when you move there.
- Bank account (PHP + USD) = free (not even maintenance fee with local banks)
- ID: Depends if you want to stay in the country for longer or just short term. Also depends on the age of the person who requires such an ID.
- 1. Option: Special Investor's Resident Visa (SIRV). You have to invest some money in PH. Once you do not need the SIRV anymore, just withdraw your investment. Fees are minimal. Investment is high (min. 75k) and only makes sense when you really want to live there. Passive foreign sourced income of resident aliens is not taxed in PH.
- 2. Option: Go there as a tourist, apply for a visa extension and receive an ACR-I-Card (tourist) after 59 days -> https://immigration.gov.ph/faqs/acr-i-card . Fees are nominal. Expect this system to be scrapped soon since the Philippines started kicking out foreigners who do not bring in any revenue -> Chinese POGO workers will be allowed to leave PH in 59 days, or risk being deported ”“ DOJ and -> Another issue on POGOs: ”˜Spread of sexually transmitted diseases among foreign workers' . So, option 2 will not be around for long anymore. Much better to get an SIRV if you want to build up something there.
What about ID plus Visa, do they also block this? Like, what if a person is permanently living abroad?
why not? Usually a passport has a 10 years duration

I've tested multiple times. Accounts created with darks don't last. I'm dealing with models who were doing $60k-100k/month on OF before the sanctions. Not exactly sustainable when you have to keep creating new accounts and build up subs over and over again.
Need a real passport, DL, or ID.
