Hello guys,
I have a question about exchange of info between UK and Germany, if you reside in Germany as a foreigner and incorporate a UK company with a Moroccan address, will germany ever know about that company that you have in the uk?
The company field is in ecomm
Thank you

If you are the ultimate beneficial owner of the UK company of course they will know and look, before you do any stupid move, be aware that Germany is one of the most aggressive tax adimistrations in the world.

The UK has a public register of companies where your name will appear with address etc. If you are lucky the German authorities will not look that up. But make your future depending on luck may not be the best.

Service like Company Haouse from UK, have mainly all EU country. Germany also have it.

Bro, answear on your question totally depend off for what reason you need open under your name this "satelite company", if treat you as smart person, for example based that we talking here 😉 and in my opinion totaly for sure you no need do this for VAT fraud 😉

you can use a trustee in the UK ltd to avoid your name shown up there.
many people use trustees for that reasons, so that your name is not in any books.

Won't help. OP is still PSC (Person with Significant Control) and will be reported to the Companies House as such. Unless you find trustees that are willing to break the law for you, and/or are unaware.
