US LLC + Mercury for the sole purpose of invoicing an offshore company

If I opened a US LLC + mercury or wise as bank account and then fund this company with about 10-20k USD from my personal bank account and then remit this amount to another company offshore on a monthly basis, how likely is it that they will ask question and close the account ? Could this last for over 6 months ? The company account would only be funded from my personal account and not from any client.

Any advice on how to make this work ? anyone with experience with US LLC + mercury/wise ?
For example, would having a slightly different amount every month make a difference ? or maybe split in several pseudo random smaller amount over each month ?

Your risks really depend on the reason you are doing this. Understanding where the risk is , only then can anyone form an opinion.

Given the small amounts you might go unnoticed, but this is a good example of how an account should not be used. Mercury can spot when an account is not used for legit business. If you use it properly, it is a very good bank, highly recommended (I'm an early investor in it).

I guess I could get a friend to be the middleman with a company on his name to avoid any potential legal problem.
