You can try MisterTango and BTC Exchange. Same common ownership last time I checked. They are linked together for deposit and withdrawals. But seems MT no longer accepts personal accounts - only business ones they allow now.

P.S I have torn apart MT on here in the past but seems they are still around.

I've been using Globitex/Nexpay for some time without problems but looking at the website it seems they're now charging 100EUR for new accounts opening (it was free when I did it)
