Which non EU countries offer the same employee benefits as e.g. Germany?

- 30 days paid vacation, annually
- Up to 1.5 years paid sick leave, recurring
- Up to 1 or 2 years of paid unemployment, recurring
- Unlimited health insurance benefits, for life
- Welfare benefits if you just don't have the guile to work and prefer to spend time on e.g. OCT, recurring

which countries? mostly all EU countries 😀
e.g. France is the best country for doing nothing

but it's not gonna last long...
