Atlantis Bahamas as investment is it good investment ?

I found one best property in Caribbean , Atlantis Bahamas.. It is iconic project.
Is it worth for investment ?
Or service/maintenance charges eat all profit ?

What are your thought s?

Atlantis is a resort on Paradise Island. Certainly iconic. Very expensive and hard to make money with it.
I think it's better to look at properties that you can manage autonomously and rent on AirBnb.
Remember that property taxes in the Bahamas are not low especially if the property is not occupied by the owner (at least on paper).

You need to do your maths really good on this one. Consider property taxes, service charges, insurance etc etc. If they factor all of this into the service charge ask them how much it is firstly.

Then you need to look at the income it generates. You could get murdered financially if you speculate. However if it yields a high yearly income then the maths may make sense. In any case best to be well heeled financially as nothing over here is cheap.
