I have a resource but cannot tell it

So I posted a thread stating that I know someone who can provide service X, which seems to be a highly requested service here. Admins deleted it saying that it is a “non permitted advertising thread”. I don't sell this service and I don't earn anything from it.
So I'm wondering what's the use of the mentor gold group? only to promote Bankera, Wise and this kind of rubbish?

I would prefer to publicize the resource as it's not me who provide the service and I don't make any money on it (I think the guy asks for like 20$ for a gig)
