Lebanese Citizen Looking For Offshore Bank Account W/Out Residence (Tax-Free?)

I am a Lebanese citizen living in Lebanon. I run an e-commerce company that accepts PayPal and Venmo payments. The PayPal and Venmo accounts are both linked to a friends bank account who is living in the United States. As a resident living in Lebanon, I cannot use PayPal account because there is no option for it yet. I need my own solution and am looking for a tax-free/haven or lenient country in which a Lebanese citizen can successfully open a business bank account in (and a country which also allows PayPal), without having a residence in that country.

You can open a PayPal account with a Cyprus LTD company, and you're just a 25 minute flight away for any paperwork etc. For Venmo, likely a USA LLC with your friend doing the initial signup (needs to be a US Resident).

You can open a US LLC without being a U.S. resident. The LLC can easily open a PayPal account.
