How to move out of my country without leaving my real address?

I live in an EU country where it is required to state where I am moving abroad! I do not want to provide my address, BUT, I have some obligations that I would like to comply with and they will require me to provide an address where I have access to any mail that is sent there.

Now is my question would services like the below be the key to solve the problem?

If the question is how to provide a proxy address to your country while living in another place within the same country the answer is pretty easy: just rent a personal mailbox at MBE and give that address to your country. As soon as a mail will be sent to MBE address you'll receive an alert.

This is the kind of address you will get with MBE: Digital Mailboxes in Budapest - Aradi St (Central Hungary) | Anytime Mailbox

In theory it should work even if it is only formatted with NAME SURNAME, Street address, zip code, city.

Infact if you try to search this very own Budapest address you'll find businesses that use it only with business name + street address.

Most of the websites that offer such service either don't work or are simple websites which no one should trust. Really poor quality. I believe it is a illegal activity and for that reason it's difficult to find something reliable that will work.

I believe some would follow the flag theory in this case. Get some address somewhere in Europe but live in a different country.

Wondering if it would be possible to rent something very cheap online without to visit the apartment say in Romania, Bulgaria etc, and get someone to put a mailbox there with your name on it. That address could possible be used for the purpose of this threads title.

Someone know how to do that, are there countries where it is allowed to rent such addresses online?

I don't know who you spoke to or what you asked. Their business is to provide a mailbox to private people.

Yes, but if it comes to that you want to use the address to put it into the form from my Home country to show them where I move to, they all refuse and say it is not a service they provide.

The other services mentioned can be penalized with up to 50K EUR in Germany if you get caught 🙄

Maybe i misunderstood but the OP said he wants a proxy address and he will be living in the same country.

So take your example for instance.

You moved from X country to Zug.

Country X wants to know where you moved to.

Do you think it will make any difference if you give them a Zug MBE address instead of your real address?

I mean, you are still in Switzerland and that's what they care about.

Another story would be if you give them Zug MBE address and you move to UAE.

A lot of people use proxy address like i'm telling you because they are constantly moving for business and don't have time to check their mailbox so they rent an MBE one.

100% legit.

Not only nobody will bother you but it's a better solution than giving them your real address because what if you relocate in 6 months because the place you rented wasn't like you expected?

You will need to contact you embassy saying that you are changing address, loosing time and so on.

Instead by using a proxy address from the beginning, you could relocate countless times and your address will always be reachable.
