I'm seeking $500k-$1m for funding a litigation (already ongoing) against a bank. I offer a 50% return or 20% of the damages recovered, whichever the greater. My case is strong, no way I can lose.
Professional litigation funding companies ask for 90% minimum (up to 200%).

If you like profits and dislike banks, this is a good opportunity.

I have the money but I don't want to liquidate assets to come up with the cash, so I prefer to partner with an investor.

If you are interested, after signature of NDA I can give you details of the case and also put you in contact with lawyers.

Ps I am asking $6.5m to the bank in damages

Hi Johny - you write "with an investor". So I assume that you want this ticket to come with one party only correct?

Hi Johnny,

Do you accept smaller amounts?

If not - you can establish a site like AxiaFunder and it will be a win-win situation.

Interesting opportunity: the only amount I'd be comfortable allocating to this would be 10-15k though. If that works, I'd be a part of it. If not, no worries
