I repeat - for the company
Not for an individual.

I am not 100% sure. Tax certificate is issued by UAE Federal Tax Authority (Government)
It is a government fee whichever they ask to issue certificate you have to pay it. You can not negotiate it .

Ӣ AED 500 for all tax registrants.
Ӣ AED 1,000 for non-tax registrant natural persons.
Ӣ AED 1,750 for non-tax registrant legal persons.

You can apply for the TRC on the Federal Tax Authority website, make sure you “Create Commercial Activities Certificate"
