Service provider for establishing UAE economic substance

I own a UAE freezone company and am planning on relocating to Portugal. In order to avoid falling under Portuguese POEM laws, I need to obviously establish economic substance in the UAE by having, among other things, a "real" (not nominee) director who takes significant management decisions. Can someone recommend a service provider who can help me establish economic substance in the UAE? I understand that Fred is the local UAE expert on this forum but my understanding is that he is only taking on clients who opt for his full-service package (involving incorporating a new freezone company etc.) which we don't need.

Why not start by asking your accountant or agent for guidance? You probably won't be the first person to raise such a question.

If that is the case I would find a different service to help you. Your company is your business and if you can't get help from your corporate service provider you are pretty much fucked.

Ask @Fred to help you on consultancy plan i.e. you pay him to help you.

Aage - happy to pay Fred, but my understanding is that he currently only offers his full-service package to clients as opposed to consulting specifically on how to establish economic substance in the UAE. Unless I am mistaken @Fred ?
