Blackcatcard own Crypto Exchange

I have contact Support and they sayd they have a OWN crypto Exchanger in System.
But i think the fees/conditions are not so good then a real Crypto Exchanger.

Have anoyone use Blackcatcard with real Crypto Exchanger. Works with SEPA ?

Or is the own crypto system mandatory?

Please, note and respect that this is an English speaking forum and avoid posting in any other language. This is disrespectful (and useless) for many of users that cannot understand your content. Regardless of existence of (inaccurate) machine translators, searching becomes impossible, etc. (I, personally, understand you well but it is not the core.)
