Anyone ever dealt with this company? Rent a Company - Why own a company when you can rent one?

I keep getting turned down for payment processing on a dropshipping business due to not having any history of processing.

I thought using another established company would be best. These guys seem to have a website for anything that's business related. So I'm not sure if they just have really bad ADHD or if they are a scam. I found the rent a business site after opening an EMI account with one of their other businesses. Haven't used the EMI yet.

I don't think that you can find any such service for your needs. But if you do hundreds of sales, why can't you setup your own company? (Or use nominees to setup one)

I have actually tried contacting vendors on here the last week or two. So far none of my messages have been read. I really need a business setup in a country that has banks both easily open to Nigerians and American business owners. It needs to be a country that is serious about its laws and enforcement of the laws, but not so carried away with the laws that it's impossible for a startup to do business.

We need a country that's serious about IT's laws so we don't get scammed. We need a country that is also open to growth and some risk so that the banks can accept us at the same time. We are currently setup in Costa Rica, with an LLC in America. Me being American and him being Nigerian always gets us. Usually on payment processing.

You just need a random non-US nominee and you will solve your problems

Ok. I use a nominee for the costal Rica setup for privacy. But she's Costa Rican. So do you know what countries might be best for this? With the end goal of making banking and processing accessible to us?

USA is fine, but my concern is laws are always changing. We're involved in skill based gaming with prizes. We're changing to the social gaming platform. Essentially the players only pay for our games for fun. But they are given free coins to play our games for prizes. Right now, this is ok In most us states. But things tend to change fast.

Thanks for letting me pick your brain here.

And I realize I started out this thread on our drop ship business. It's a new expansion selling gaming accessories. But the issue of banking and payments has been an issue for both segments. My hope is that a nominee service may be the solution we need. I'm just curious if the nominees services extended to payment processing and banking applications. I would think so but I'm not finding any clear answers on Google.

There are nominees available for anything, just be sure to choose them wisely!
@CyprusLawyer101 could explain the advantages of using a CY company for a drop shipping business but you can consider other countries depending on how exactly your activity is setup (private label, FBA, royalties, duties, VAT etc. there are many variables to consider)
Gaming as well can be configured in many ways”¦ consider whether you can take advantage of IP and DTAs
