Need advice regarding purchasing Dubai Real Estate through a Shell Company

Hello, I am contemplating moving to Dubai and have some questions. I am new to this whole Shell Company world so will need all the advice and help I can get here.

1. Is it possible to form an offshore shell company and then use this to purchase real estate throughout Dubai?

2. What is the best place to form an offshore shell company?

Thank you I will try and reach out to him. I did some research online and read that UAE does not allow any longer offshore shell companies to purchase real estate, they must be registered onshore. Not sure if this is true...

Onshore Freezone Company is the way to go.
