I have registered my Swiss AG already, for now everything is registered with the agent, however, I want it to be my own company on my own address etc.

Where can I find cheap office space in Zug? It just need to be clean, and dry, so it need to have some sort of toilet somewhere in the building.

There will be no people coming there, so it doesn't matter where it is located, just has to be in Zug.

I already checked here
https://www.homegate.ch/mieten/buero/kanton-zug/trefferliste
Cheapest is 805 CHF by Regus, but I believe there is something wrong. The rest is going up in price, and I really don't need more than 20-30 m2

It is for RENT of course I'm looking.

I would also like to to know if someone know.

Mietzins is that on top of the rental or what is that. If it is on top than it would say you have to pay (example) 805 CHF + 500 CHF Mietzins?

I don't get it..hope someone does

wow... that's good.. thank you. As long as I can lock my office and no one can enter it without me knowing I'm fine with that.

Sadly it was clickbate. They don't have any office there, the smallest one costs 1500 CHF - that's way over my budget!

You just got Switzerlanded 😉
805 is very cheap for Zug. Your best bet is to cut a deal with some other company to rent you a room which you can lock with your key and they respect your wishes of not entering or smth along that line.
Or you keep the address with your agent and rent with your company somewhere else as well where prices are lower but you can live there personally as well.

But in any case, deep pockets are sadly a must.

No not really, I have plenty of options, the costs for renting an office are similar to what they are where I live, so it's not surprising. But where I live I have found cheap offices, so I think there must be the same in Zug if you don't have any special requirements.

What do you mean? it's clearly written shared office for CHF 195. Is that not the real price?

read again... the closed offices are much higher, the CHF 195 are for shared open office space!

Your comment about clickbate was misleading then. The price is correct but its just for a desk in an open office which is not what you are after then?

P.S Any reason you need a closed locked office?

I want to store some furnitures there.. I could also just use a warehouse or something, it just need to be closed, dry and clean. Also I would need my own office address to be there.

Exactly, they do have an office but it's not private.

no need to discuss this further... it is not what I'm looking for.

Damn seems like there's a market for a Zug / Swiss based domiciliation provider 😀.

I would suggest you to look further into Regus or another company such as wework / Spaces to see if they have some dedicated office space for you. They are reputable and are often quite affordable.

Edit: if it's just for storage please go and search for a garage box or another type of storage space. It will save you a TON of money (and often still comes with your own post box if needed).

Reading the title of the thread, I never thought that I would hear the words "Switzerland" and "cheap" uttered in the same sentence. 😛

I have read a lot of nonsense comments about Switzerland on this forum, after I have been there for a few weeks to sort all my things out, I didn't find anything negative here.

If you come from a third world country or Baltics I believe Swiss is very expensive in the eyes of such people. If you come from a well regulated country (over regulated) with high taxes, Switzerland is cheap.

If you make money and have a good business, want to live in a country which is close to other European countries but is not EU, Swiss is the place. You don't pay high taxes and you don't pay more than what I'm used to for renting an apartment or office.

So from what I have figured out so far when planning to relocate, Switzerland works well for my purpose, I did my math and things are good. I will safe at least 50K euro each year in taxes also while I have to pay for insurances etc.

I made my comment because for decades Switzerland routinely has had three or four of the most expensive cities in the world. Right now, it has three cities in the top twenty most expensive cities (Geneva, Zurich, and Bern) -- and two of the top seven cities.

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/arti...-s-most-expensive-cities-for-expats#xj4y7vzkg

And Switzerland, as a country, ranks amongst the three most expensive countries in the world.

https://worldpopulationreview.com/country-rankings/most-expensive-countries-to-live-in
So, by any objective measure, Switzerland is an expensive country in which to live. Perhaps if you come from a very socialist EU nation and save a load of taxes by living in Switzerland, then I suppose you could classify Switzerland as a cost-effective choice. I can certainly see that possibility.

Thank you.

Can someone explain to me what are the costs for this office (just an example) I don't get it

Miete m2/Jahr CHF 18.-

What is this price?
Miete monatlich : CHF 300.-

What is this for?

What does this office actually cost to rent per months?
And is it 200 m2 or how much space is there?

I don't understand why they have to make it so complicated to understand.

Even for me as a German-speaker the offer is not clear, worded confusingly. I would assume the quoted cost just covers a seat. If an offer is too good to be true...

I mean according to what you laid out:
18 CHF per M^2 per year, CHF 300 per month (3600 CHF per year).
3600 / 18 = 200M^2

So for a price of CHF 300 per month you get a 200M^2 office (according to the website)
