Jurisdiction with lowest incorparation and maintainance fee

I'm trying to register a company with a bank account to act as a middle party in a business.
What is the jurisdiction with the cheapest incorporation fee and lowest maintenance fee.

Any suggestions about a company who can do that

I'm thinking more about Asia and Middle East because I'm from Asia. Anything from the above regions ?

You can look at Neat. They are a one stop shop and can give you an account alongside a HK company at a fair price.

But UK would also top the list for me too in terms of cost, ease and banking acceptance. Especially if things dong work out. Its easy to setup and wind down. See below cost calculation I did for UK in 2019. I don't think they would have changed that much however since then.

As cheap as UK? No. If you insist on those regions then Neat is an option (like Martin suggested), just make sure you use it with at least 2-3 additional EMIs (Airwallex, Statrys, Wise for example) as they supposedly like to close accounts.
