Open US bank account remotely as foreign citizens without US residence, SSN

I would like to withdraw my USD PayPal balance to a US bank account. Do you know any US banks that allow foreign citizens without US residence, SSN to open an account remotely?

Would PayPal allow to link and withdraw to virtual US bank accounts, such as Wise account? How about US EMIs, US trading or forex brokerage accounts, or bank accouts in Puerto Rico?
 
I successfully linked and withdrew from PayPal to Wise but for EU Paypal account, it was 1-2 years ago

Mine is New Zealand PayPal account.

I am a Serbian citizen. With Zenus, cards are not available in Serbia. Also, the monthly membership seems expensive since I just want to spend my PayPal balance with this account.
