If an enterprise is struck off from the register for non-payment of the renewal fees, it will no longer be considered a legal entity. This means that the enterprise will not be able to enter into contracts or own assets in its name. The enterprise will also be dissolved and any assets remaining in its name will be transferred to the Seychelles International Business Authority (SIA).
