Actually it is, they offered me to use their service in order to open an account
And meh, so yeah I cannot open LLP as I'm a Sole Proprietorship

I contacted them about me being from an unsupported country and if there is a way to open an account anyway, and they said they recommend using Atlas to form a US LLC and then I'll be able to open an account with them

I'm from Israel. Yes they meant Stripe Atlas - why strange? 🙂
