it-offshore feedback?

The fees are too low to be true, they look like a Russian crap service.

What company do you need?

Unless they offer some clear advantage over going directly with a locally licensed service provider, I wouldn't touch them.

On their list of banks, they list many banks that don't take offshore companies (classic way to inflate your list of banks) and banks that don't exist anymore such as ABLV, Norvik, Meinl Bank, Versobank, USB Bank, and ”” best of all ”” Loyal Bank.

This is the probably the answer to your question.

From my past experience dealing with them I can say that:

1) they are real and I have even visited one of their offices in the past;
2) they do have some interesting USP's if you get to some point of mutual trust- e.g. companies with full nominee services;
3) they do have IT industry specific know-how as their owner has been engaged as stakeholder in high-profile IT/fintech projects.

Would not give a 100% thumbs up as last time we were in touch was pre-pandemic, but they are definitely not a scam operation, though I don't like their somewhat deceptive marketing tactics. Pretty sure they would tell you straight away that no more accounts could be opened with ABLV ;/

The pricing indicate they are in for the setup of companies only. They will not be able to help you with professional advise if required nor will they be able to help you with complicated structures. You do a fatal error if you use them for that purpose.
